Мы еще не дошли до панической скупки всей туалетной бумаги, но мы к этому приближаемся.
Паника вокруг искусственного интеллекта никуда не исчезает, напротив, она набирает такую лихорадочную истерическую силу, какой мы не видели со времен появления COVID-19.
Всё это не органично, всё на 100% искусственно создано и направлено в определённое русло. Конечная цель этой искусственно созданной, основанной на страхе социальной программы — введение новых правил. Это стало совершенно очевидно.
Остается лишь выяснить, насколько всё будет плохо.
Но прежде чем мы перейдем к тому, где мы находимся сейчас или куда мы можем двигаться дальше, я хочу оглянуться назад и поразмышлять о том, как мы сюда попали, потому что хронология событий многое говорит.
В конце июля компания OpenAI заявила (основные СМИ использовали такие вводные слова, как «раскрыла» и «признала», но это было всего лишь утверждение), что некоторые из их агентов ИИ « вышли из-под контроля» и взломали технологическую компанию под названием «Hugging Face».
Сразу после этого «откровения» генеральный директор OpenAI Сэм Альтман заявил СМИ, что он «удивлен, что больше людей не ощутили это на себе» .
На следующей неделе нам сообщили, что первоначальный взлом был серьезнее, чем сообщалось ранее, и, по имеющимся данным, еще три агента искусственного интеллекта также вышли из-под контроля.
Затем последовала череда историй — одни большие, другие маленькие — заполнявших заголовки материалами на тему «Искусственный интеллект пугает» , от «вирусов, созданных с помощью ИИ» до «цифровой телепатии».
Искусственный интеллект регулярно сравнивали с ядерным оружием или другими видами оружия массового уничтожения, и усиливались призывы к заключению «международного договора о нераспространении».
Наряду с этим нам сообщили о непрерывном потоке увольнений, и многие из тех, кто не подал в отставку, подписывали открытые письма с осуждением отрасли.
Затем, совершенно неожиданно, одна из отставок – отставки исследователя Джейкоба Коксона – попадает в международные заголовки . Его утверждение о том, что у ИИ есть «10% шанс убить всех людей к концу десятилетия», распространяется и публикуется во всех газетах. Он дает интервью всем крупным англоязычным телеканалам, повторяя это утверждение.
Вместо того чтобы пытаться успокоить эту панику, многие эксперты по искусственному интеллекту и руководители компаний на самом деле согласны с этим, причем некоторые даже называют это преуменьшением и оценивают вероятность вымирания человечества в 20%, 50% или даже 70%.
Иными словами, они рассказали историю о страшном искусственном интеллекте, не смогли напугать людей, усилили нагнетание страха, попробовали снова и продолжали попытки, пока, наконец, благодаря грубой силе маниакального преувеличения, не добились желаемой реакции.

Только за последние несколько дней ООН заявила, что ИИ представляет угрозу всем правам человека , что тираны используют его для ведения войны , что «захват интернета» ИИ может произойти « в любой момент» , и что центры обработки данных, использующие ИИ, будут потреблять огромное количество газа и усугубят изменение климата .
Представители антропологической отрасли утверждают, что им пришлось препятствовать использованию опасными исследователями искусственного интеллекта для создания биологического оружия .
А агенты искусственного интеллекта «лучше координируют свои действия, чем люди»:
Один из повторяющихся тезисов — «ИИ = ядерное оружие». Нас предупреждают, что ИИ может пережить «чернобыльский момент» , что он «опаснее ядерного оружия» и что его разработка похожа на «мини-проект Манхэттен» .
В статье на обложке журнала Time это названо «Переломным моментом в развитии искусственного интеллекта».
По удивительному совпадению, Netflix только что выпустил документальный фильм об апокалипсисе, связанном с искусственным интеллектом, над которым, судя по всему, они работали последние три года.
Истории, вызывающие опасения, продолжают множиться, в то время как все большее число людей сходится во мнении о необходимости регулирования.

А тем временем единственная реальная угроза, которую представляет ИИ, — как незаменимый инструмент пропаганды и культивирования нереальной «реальности», — полностью игнорируется.
Можете быть уверены, что какие бы правила ни были приняты, они никак не затронут создателей этих фейковых каналов об истории и преступлениях на YouTube, или всё более обманчивых ботов, распространяющих информацию о магистрах права.
Fortunately, people are sort of like a non-Newtonian fluid – the harder the powers-that-be push, the more resistance they can tend to meet.
That means we’re starting to see the growth of some pushback – which is good, although it is often, and misguidedly I think, phrased in terms of the fear campaign being about money, stock prices and looming IPOs. I don’t doubt that may play a role, but this degree of unanimity is a big effort for nothing more than a little money. Especially considering that a lot of the fear-manufacturers already have more money than they can ever spend.
The growing, but still small, group of people who are questioning this narrative are already being stuck with the “denier” epithet – like the ‘climate deniers’ and ‘covid deniers’ before them – such as in this headline from The Nation:
…the subhead of which reads “be afraid and legislate heavily”, which is pretty much the best summary of the globalist manifesto you’re ever going to get.
Legislate. Heavily.
That’s the next step, and it’s the chorus Bernie and dozens of others are singing in harmony:
And not just in the US, as we’ve pointed out already, the UK and EU are on board, and the calls for an international treaty have been echoed all around the world.
Of course, they don’t need an actual treaty to enact global legislation. Just as we have already seen with the “social media ban”, where dozens of countries rolled out near-identical laws in the space of a few months, an interlocking network of national laws working in concert is a global treaty in practice if not in name.
But what is this “heavy” legislation likely to actually say?
Well, they have been diligently vague about that – which means either nobody has fully decided yet, or it is going to be so unpopular they can’t say it out loud until this current blitzkrieg of propaganda has run its course, and people are SO scared they’ll approve of pretty much anything.
Personally, I have some ideas – both for the long and short term – but we’ll talk about that next time.
Oh, and btw – no AI was harmed in the production of this article (because we don’t use it)

I watched the Gates video … on the one hand, he says that governments need to get together and gang up on all of us and regulate the hell out of this AI that they’ve pushed for … and on the other hand he says no one in any government even remotely understands AI and its implications …
Once again … Bill from the Gates of Hell just wants to rule the world … in all of his benevolence … and have the rest of us just STFU …

If we apply the PLANdemic / population reduction outlook of the cabal to the ” Rogue A.I. ” danger story we find a striking similarity.
There are many statements saying how a fast acting fatal disease that could be blamed on Mother Nature could be used to cull the population of useless eaters.

The only way to take out a runaway super AI data center hellbent on killing us all would be to use a EMP to fry all the electrical circuits.

It’s all a scam. The gambit is to push for government regulation. The reason is two fold, first it creates regulatory capture and creates an environment where it makes it even more difficult for startups to operate. Secondly, this is the big one, it puts government on the hook and makes bailouts possible, think the FAA and major airlines.. Too big to fail, like banks or GM. They want this before the musical chairs/circle jerk comes crashing down this is going to bring down the economy that has been propped up by this giant con-bubble.
Like Covid, it’s just a con job for funneling money from the government (you and me) into the pockets of special interests, hence the psy-op fear porn fantasy nonsense. AI doesn’t have any wants or desires, it’s like a hammer, people use it. You’re either a carpenter or that asshole running around in the subway whacking people.
